President and Chief Executive Officer
Ravi Vig has served as Allegro’s President and Chief Executive Officer and as a member of our board of directors since 2016. He joined Allegro in 1984 as an Analog Design Engineer and then as a Design Manager and helped to launch the company’s magnetic sensor IC business as Vice President of our Sensors Business Unit. He has also served as the Senior VP of Business Development, responsible for the Sensor and Power IC businesses, and Chief Operating Officer prior to being named President and CEO in 2016. Mr. Vig owns over 50 U.S. patents in the areas of sensors and semiconductors. Mr. Vig serves as a Trustee for the Committee for Economic Development, a nonprofit, nonpartisan, business-led public policy organization. Ravi received a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Rutgers University and an M.S. in Engineering from Dartmouth College. He received an M.B.A. from Southern New Hampshire University and completed the Global Executive Leadership Program at Yale University. Ravi holds over 60 U.S. Patents.
Paul V. Walsh, Jr.
Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Paul V. Walsh, Jr. has served as our Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer since he joined Allegro in April 2014. Prior to joining Allegro, he served as the Chief Financial Officer for Rocket Software, as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer at Silicon Laboratories and during his career has held various finance and operations positions at Perkin Elmer, Teradyne and Analog Devices. He served on the board of directors for Nitero, a venture-backed startup semiconductor company, from 2012 to 2015. He served as the Audit Committee Chair of Grande Communications, a broadband communications provider of cable and internet services, from 2008 to 2010. Paul received his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maine and an M.B.A. from Boston University. He also received a Graduate Certificate in Accountancy from Bentley College.
Christopher E. Brown
Senior Vice President & General Counsel
Christopher E. Brown has served as our Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Assistant Secretary since he joined Allegro in May 2020. Prior to joining Allegro, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Counsel of Finisar Corp., a manufacturer of components for optical networking and consumer 3D sensing applications. Mr. Brown also served as the General Counsel of Optium Corporation and a partner at the law firms of Goodwin Procter LLP and McDermott Will & Emery LLP. Chris received a B.A. in Economics from the University of Massachusetts-Amherst and a J.D. from Boston College Law School.
Michael C. Doogue
Senior Vice President of Technology and Products
Michael C. Doogue has served as our Senior Vice President – Technology and Products since 2019. Mr. Doogue joined Allegro in 1998 as a Design Engineer facilitating the development of Allegro’s innovative speed and current sensor ICs. He has also served in various leadership positions at Allegro, including Design Manager, Director of Strategic Marketing, Business Unit Director of Linear Current Sensors and as Vice President of Advanced Sensor Technologies. Mike received a B.A. in Physics from Colby College and a B.E. in Electrical Engineering from Dartmouth College. Mike also completed the Stanford Executive Program at the Stanford University Graduate School of Business. Mr. Doogue holds over 70 U.S. patents in the areas of sensors and semiconductors.
Max R. Glover
Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales
Max R. Glover has served as our Senior Vice President – Worldwide Sales since he joined Allegro in 2019. Prior to joining Allegro, he served as the General Manager of the Automotive Sales Group at Intel Corporation. He also served as Intel Corporation’s Director of Sales and in various leadership, sales, marketing and engineering roles. Max received a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati. Max is an advocate for K-12 STEM education and has volunteered to advance education efforts both locally and abroad.
Thomas C. Teebagy, Jr.
Senior Vice President of Operations & Quality
Thomas C. Teebagy, Jr. has served as our Senior Vice President – Operations and Quality since 2017. Mr. Teebagy joined Allegro in 2005 and served in various senior manufacturing leadership roles. Prior to joining Allegro, he served as Vice President of Operations of the Government and Space Division of International Rectifier, which was later acquired by Infineon Technologies AG. Tom received a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from the University of Massachusetts - Lowell and an M.B.A. from Babson College.
Vice President, Global Assembly and Test Operations
Jim Beuerle, Vice President, Global Assembly and Test Operations, is responsible for all internal and external operations in probe, assembly and test. He joined Allegro over 6 years ago as the Managing Director of the manufacturing facility in the Philippines before taking his current role. Prior to joining Allegro, Jim held various roles in engineering, finance, and operations at Micron, Numonyx and Intel.
Jim holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University, an MS in Chemical Engineering from MIT as well as an MS in Management from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
Vice President, Innovation and Development Engineering
Mark Gill, Vice President, Innovation and Development Engineering (IDE), joined Allegro in 2019 as Vice President, Corporate Strategy with more than 25 years of global, cross-functional leadership experience. In his current role at Allegro, he is responsible for the growth of Allegro’s IDE organization – an organization focused on innovation and engineering excellence. Mark is passionate about nurturing technology innovations to make your next vehicle cleaner, safer and more fun to drive.
Prior to joining Allegro, Mark held various roles in marketing, engineering and business development at Analog Devices where he was responsible for leading the success of the automotive business.
Mark earned his BSc in Physics & Electronic Engineering from Manchester University, England. He is an avid hiker and a Certified Wilderness Responder.
Vice President General Manager, North America and Europe
Bob Fortin serves as Allegro’s Vice President General Manager, North America and Europe, previously serving as Vice President of the Sensor IC Business Unit. In his current role, he oversees regional activities to ensure strategic alignment, while efficiently and consistently supporting our customers. Since joining Allegro in 1997, Bob has been instrumental in driving the growth of our Sensors Business Unit.
Bob came to Allegro with strong management skills and experience from Lockhead Martin where he served as the Manager of Contracts. He earned his B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts and an MBA from Southern New Hampshire University.
Bob also works with New Horizons for NH and is a member of the New Hampshire 100 Club.
Vice President of the Power IC Business Unit
Vijay Mangtani, Allegro’s Vice President of the Power IC Business Unit, has helped drive the growth of our Motor Driver and Power Management segments. He came to Allegro in 2004 with extensive experience in the semiconductor industry. Vijay has previously held business management positions at Maxim and business/applications management positions at Infineon Technologies.
Vijay earned his BSEE, Power Electronics from Saurashtra University and holds more than 30 U.S. patents.
Vijay is a member of Electrical and Computer Engineering Advisory Board for Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI).
Vice President of the Sensors Business Unit
Suman Narayan, Vice President, Sensors Business Unit, joined Allegro in 2021 with over 25 years of experience in semiconductor and embedded systems business. In his role, Suman is responsible for leading Allegro’s Sensor Business Unit - shaping and executing business and product strategy.
Prior to joining Allegro, Suman served as Sr. VP at Cyient Inc. In addition, he previously held various senior leadership roles at ON (Fairchild) Semiconductor as VP/GM of their Analog Power BU and at Texas Instruments, where he managed their Embedded processor business and launched the company's motor driver business.
Suman holds his BS in Electronics and Communication Engineering from PSG College of Technology, MSEE from Iowa State University and MBA from the University of Texas.
Vice President and Chief Information Officer
Phil Stathas, Vice President and Chief Information Officer, joined Allegro in 2013 helping to improve our business systems, application development, company infrastructure, enterprise data warehouse and IT PMO. Prior to Allegro, Phil had over 30 years of experience working within the IT environment supporting companies including M/A-Com Technology Solutions and ThermoFisher Scientific.
Phil holds his B.S. in Computer Science from Boston College and an M.S. in Computer Science from Boston University. He is a member of the Boston CIO Leadership Association and the Anokiwave Advisory Board.
Phil is a first-generation Greek descendant and is fluent in the Greek language.
Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer
Joanne Valente joined Allegro in 2018 and serves as Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer. Joanne has more than 25 years of global HR leadership experience in high-tech industries. Prior to joining Allegro, Joanne served in Human Resources Director roles across Sales, Marketing, Engineering and Talent Acquisition for Analog Devices. Joanne earned her B.A. in Management from Lesley University in Cambridge, MA. Outside of Allegro, Joanne has been an active volunteer for the Boston Bruins Alumni Foundation for more than 20 years.
Vice President of Technology Development
Harianto Wong, Vice President of Technology Development, has provided Allegro with outstanding management and technical knowledge for the past 11 years. Prior to joining Allegro, Harianto worked with Reflectivity Inc., C-Speed and Siliconix.
Harianto studied Chemical Engineering at the University of Wisconsin – Madison, earned his Ph.D. from the University of Rochester and completed the Harvard Business School General Management Program.
Harianto serves on the CrivaSense Technical Advisory Committee and holds over 18 U.S. patents.
